Virtual Attendee Guide 2026

Thank you for registering to attend the 2026 mental health conference “Our Flourishing, Our Faith: Navigating Rupture and Repair in Asian American Christian Communities,” now co-hosted by the Center for Asian American Christianity at Princeton Theological Seminary and the Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University. We are excited to see you virtually on Airmeet on April 10–11, 2026.

Entering the Conference

If you’ve registered to attend the conference virtually, you should receive a unique access link from Airmeet in a confirmation email (noreply@airmeetnotification.com). The email may be buried in your junk/spam folder. If you can’t find it, please reach out to us at hello at ourflourishing dot org.

You can use the access link to enter the Airmeet event (1) before the conference begins to explore, fill out your profile, and see who else is registered; (2) during the conference to participate live; and (3) after the conference to view the session recordings.

Please note that any time markings on Airmeet will adjust to your device’s time zone.

Attending the Conference

Reception

When you enter the event, you will find yourself in the Reception area. From the Reception, you can access the Schedule, the Lounge, Resources, Booths, and event-level controls. You can also access your profile and audio video settings using the profile button on the top right of your screen.

Lounge

The Lounge is a free social space that is open for the entire conference. More on the Lounge below!

Resources

Any handouts, documents, and other resources will be uploaded to Resources.

Booths

Some of our sponsors will have exhibit booths so that you can get to know the organizations that made this conference possible!

Connecting with the Community

*All of the networking and socialization features available to you are optional! Feel free to participate as much or as little as you would like.

Before the Event

Use your unique access link to enter the Airmeet event before the conference starts. Here are some things we encourage you to do prior to the conference.

  1. Build your schedule by bookmarking sessions that you plan to attend. Airmeet will send you calendar invitations for each of those sessions.
  2. Fill out your attendee profile. Upload a photo of yourself, add your titles and affiliations, and introduce yourself. Add links to your public social profiles.
  3. Connect with the conference community. You can direct message or request to schedule a meeting with anyone who has signed up for the conference. (All virtual and in-person registrants have been added to Airmeet, and so not everyone will be actively on Airmeet. Reach out to other attendees who have completed their profiles!)

During the Event

There are several opportunities to engage with the virtual community during the conference.

Lounge

The Lounge is open at all times during the event. We encourage you to join the Lounge specifically before the opening sessions each day, during lunch breaks, and after the closing session.

Serendipity Sessions

We plan to host what are called “Serendipity Sessions” during the conference. This feature is essentially a speed networking opportunity in which attendees may opt to meet someone new and chat for a few minutes at a time. The connections that you make during a conference can lead to exciting new conversations and opportunities—we encourage you to take advantage of this feature.

After the Event

Use the same link you used to access the conference for the event replays.
